Seven years ago I decided to host a vision board party and invite people. I invited moms and their daughters, mentors that had mentees, aunties etc. and it was such a great time.

If I had a dollar for every conversation I had with a teenage girl that was rooted in their desire for their moms to truly know them, I’d be close to rich.

Little ladies with big life issues, big emotions, major problems to solve, and a lot less life perspective to make sense of it.

Oftentimes our greatest hurdle is our own plan. I know that’s crazy to say because without a plan, how can you accomplish anything?
