Why Vision Boards?

Seven years ago I decided to host a vision board party.

I invited moms and their daughters, mentors that had mentees, aunties, etc. and it was such a great time.

The feedback was centered around the positive opportunities to connect with girls, the conversations that were had, and the goals that were shared. 

Throughout the last several years, our Hurdles In Heels mission has evolved and the heart of the vision board party has remained. It’s about connection!

If you’ve never completed a vision board, they give you a clear direction for where you want to go in several areas of your life. They allow you to visualize the goals you want to achieve. When you create a physical vision board, you touch on what represents your vision.  

Vision boards are a constant reminder of what your priorities are, which is why we suggest putting them in a place where you can consistently see them. 

The best part about OUR vision board parties is that you get to do it with your hurdlers.
